Senior B2B Sales Manager (Medical Industry, International Markets)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior B2B Sales Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts in international medical markets. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with healthcare organizations, negotiating high-value contracts, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions.
This role is ideal for someone with a successful background in enterprise sales, strong understanding of medical industry dynamics, and a proven ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence in international B2B medical markets
- Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, distributors, and health systems
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, and support) to deliver client-focused solutions
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (virtually or in person)
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to help shape product offerings and strategic decisions
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or MedTech industry
- Demonstrated success in selling to international clients and managing cross-border relationships
- Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English is required (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed
Nice to Have
- Experience working with public healthcare systems, private providers, or medical device/software companies
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in key markets (e.g., EU, US, MENA, Asia)
- Background in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales approaches
