🔹 Who we are looking for: Business Development Manager (Spanish-speaking markets)
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to help expand the presence and brand awareness of Collaborator.pro in Spanish-speaking markets. The ideal candidate has a background in SEO and a strong understanding of how a Link Building Marketplace operates. He should be ready to attract new users, build lasting partnerships, and support business growth.


🔹 Key responsibilities:

  • Promote Collaborator.pro across Spanish-speaking markets;
  • Attract and onboard new users - including SEO agencies, freelancers, and website owners;
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations in Spanish and English;
  • Build and maintain relationships with professionals in the SEO and digital marketing space;
  • Travel when needed to establish closer connections with potential clients in Spain;
  • Analyze market needs and trends to inform business strategy;
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a high-quality user experience;
  • Help create localized materials such as educational content, webinars, and partner offers tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.

    🔹 What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in SEO, with a focus on link building or Digital PR (required);
  • Solid understanding of how visibility, authority, and content distribution affect rankings;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written);
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive;
  • Familiarity with the SEO and link building ecosystem in Spanish-speaking regions is a strong plus.
