YouTube Content Producer

OnlyMonster is launching a full-scale YouTube channel to become the trusted voice in the fan-platform, agency, and creator economy space. We already have hosts, a videographer, an in-house editor, access to top-tier guests, and 10+ industry events per year.
 

Now we’re looking for a strategic, extroverted, fluent English-speaking Producer to lead it all — from concept to execution. This is not a coordination role. This is full ownership: building the vision, shaping the content, driving distribution, and turning the channel into a brand asset and lead engine.

Your Mission (First 3–6 Months)

• Create a full growth and content strategy for the channel
• Plan, structure, and launch 20+ interviews with high-value guests
• Propose and purchase all required production equipment
• Build and lead a lean production team (editor, designer — in-house or external)
• Plan coverage of 10+ conferences and live filming opportunities
• Define a unique, ownable visual and editorial style for the channel
• Launch a content-based lead generation mechanism via the channel
• Develop a promotion and ad strategy (YouTube Ads, placements, collaborations)
   

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Creative Direction

• Define the editorial line: content types, tones, series, and video structure
• Build monthly content calendars, rubrics, and publishing cycles
• Structure interviews: story arc, questions, guest preparation
• Pitch content partnerships, find hooks, and scout guest talent
• Ensure strong alignment with brand and marketing goals
   

2. Production Oversight

• Manage the end-to-end production cycle (ideation → filming → editing → publishing)
• Coordinate with videographer, editor, designers — ensure quality and consistency
• Own thumbnails, metadata, video packaging, and channel aesthetics
• Guide AI-assisted workflows when relevant (voiceover, repurposing, etc.)

3. Growth & Performance

• Monitor YouTube Studio: retention, watch time, CTR, SEO, traffic sources
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, intros, and distribution
• Launch Shorts, playlist experiments, social cross-posts
• Regularly test hypotheses with A/B variants (hooks, visuals, intros)
• Turn insights into actions — growth must be strategic, not random
   

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:

• Proven experience launching and growing YouTube channels from scratch
• Track record producing channels with 100K+ subscribers
• Experience with interview-based or format-rich video content
• Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of YouTube retention mechanics
• Clear production ownership mindset — not just an executor, but a driver
• Excellent communication and outreach skills — you get guests, close deals, build rapport
• Fluent, conversational English (C1+) — direct, relatable, and not overly polished

• Willingness to travel for filming and events (within Europe and occasionally beyond)
