Purpose of the role:

Providing high quality custom experience by creating a convenient, intuitive and visually attractive interface for the company’s web and mobile products. UX/UI designer will work closely with product managers, developers, researchers and analysts to transform business requirements into effective design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a full cycle of UX/UI design for web and mobile products: from research and prototyping to final layouts.
• Creating Wireframs, User Flow, Prototypes, UI MOCKUPS, design systems.
• Conducting and participating in UX research (User Testing, A/B testing, competitors' analysis, user interviewing).
• Interaction with product managers, devices and other interested parties.
• Support and development of the company design system.
• Participation in the design of the design, improvement of the processes of teamwork on the product.
• Quality control of implemented design at the development stages.

Candidate requirements:

• 3−5 years of commercial experience in UX/UI designer in the field of IT.
• Confident possession of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping), Adobe XD / Illustrator / Photoshop will be a plus.
• Understanding the principles of UX design, accessibility, mobile adaptability.
• Experience in creating design systems or work within existing ones.Prototyping, analytical thinking and user-centered design skills.
• Ability to present their decisions to teams and customers.
• Knowledge of Front-End (HTML/CSS/JS)-as an advantage.
• Experience in the international market -oriented products — plus.

Participation in the development of large -scale, product solutions.Ability to influence design solutions and UX-strategy of the product.

• Location: Remote / Office (Ukraine Kyiv / Bulgarian Sofia)
• Type of employment: full employment
• Work schedule Mon-Fri 10:00—18:30 (flexible schedule possible).
