We’re currently scaling up and looking for three energetic, ambitious Sales Managers to join our team and grow with us.

🔍 Who we're looking for:

 

  • Experience in the fields of Agro / IT / SaaS / Food industry / Fintech;
     
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience;
     
  • Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian — bonus points for Polish!
     
  • You know your sales funnel inside-out and are confident in negotiation techniques;
     
  • Able to build sales strategies and handle long-cycle deals;
     
  • You’re focused on highlighting product strengths and creating individual value for each client;
     
  • Comfortable with sales scripts, CRM systems, and IP telephony — and you understand why they matter;
     
  • You can handle objections, build trust, and connect with a wide range of people;
     
  • You’re active, communicative, and a multitasker;
     
  • You have a positive mindset and an open heart to new ideas;
     
  • You’re growth-oriented and never settle for "good enough";
     
  • Did we mention? You’re great at presenting value and closing deals 🔥

     

💡 What you'll be doing:

 

  • Act as a local OneSoil representative, helping farmers and agribusinesses implement our smart solutions;
     
  • Handle inbound leads and client inquiries;
     
  • Develop market entry strategies and grow OneSoil’s presence in your region;
     
  • Analyze the local market and understand client needs;
     
  • Work with lead lists and prospects generated by our pre-sales team;
     
  • Conduct client meetings and negotiate deals;
     
  • Drive deals to closure and ensure smooth onboarding;
     
  • Attend exhibitions and events to build connections;
     
  • Work in CRM and IP telephony systems;
