We’re Jett Develops, a digital product design & development agency. We partner with early-stage startups and fast-growing companies in FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech. Our work has helped clients raise over $20M and build platforms used by Microsoft, Evergrow, and others.
We’re expanding our sales team, and we’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and organized Sales Manager to join us full-time. You’ll be responsible for engaging with inbound leads (mostly from Upwork), managing communications, running discovery calls, and guiding clients from the first “hello” to a signed contract.
You’ll become the face of Jett Develops for our prospects — helping them feel confident, heard, and supported as they make important product decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with inbound leads — mostly warm, pre-qualified prospects
- Qualify potential clients based on needs, goals, and budgets
- Lead written communication and jump on calls when needed
- Follow up consistently and keep prospects engaged throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with our team to prepare custom proposals, timelines, and estimates
- Manage contracts and handover to project teams
- Track your pipeline and performance in our CRM
- Share feedback from the field to improve our sales and marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English — you're confident on calls and in writing
- Strong communication skills — you can build trust, ask the right questions, and keep conversations moving
- Ability to structure and manage your own pipeline
- High attention to detail — you don’t miss follow-ups or overlook red flags
- Motivation to close deals and help clients take the next step
- Basic tech understanding — you don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable talking about web/mobile products, timelines, and tools like Figma or Webflow
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Experience working with Upwork or other freelance platforms
- Familiarity with CRMs, sales automation tools, or proposal software
- Background in tech services, SaaS, or digital agencies
