Affiliate Account Manager
Play.Partners is an international iGaming Affiliate Network that's scaling fast — and we’re looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Affiliate Account Manager to grow and manage our affiliate network across Tier-1 markets.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build trust with partners, and understands what drives performance in the iGaming affiliate space.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing relationships with new and existing affiliate partners (Betting, Casino, iGaming)
- Onboarding new affiliates and guiding them through campaign setup and optimization
- Monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance to maximize ROI
- Providing timely support, updates, and performance insights to partners
- Working closely with media buying, product, and analytics teams to align efforts
- Ensuring compliance, fraud prevention, and overall traffic quality
Attending major industry events and representing Play.Partners globally
🔍 What We Expect From You:
- 1–3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or in affiliate marketing
- Hands-on experience in the iGaming vertical is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of performance models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — online and in-person
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- English level B2+ — you’ll communicate with international partners daily
Experience with affiliate platforms and trackers (e.g., Affise, HasOffers, Keitaro) is a plus
