Account Manager (offline)

Requirements:
1+ year of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Upper-intermediate level of English is a must
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

Main duties:
Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with assigned clients;
Proactively work on new cooperation opportunities and develop business with the client;
Monitor and control client’s satisfaction with provided services and keeps it at a high level;
Control financial relationships with the client. Meet assigned expectations for profitability;
Manage clients experience and expectations;
Participate in projects execution. Help to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the clients.
