Requirements
β 3+ years in CRM/Retention, preferably in fintech, gambling, or regulated industries
β Experience launching retention from scratch and building teams
β Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing, compliance, and segmentation
β Skilled in automation tools, bonus mechanics, and analytical reporting
β Fluent in English
Responsibilities
1. Direction and Team Management
β Contribute to building the Retention function from scratch
β Manage the operational team (2 Mid-level Retention Managers)
β Prioritize tasks across the roadmap, MVPs, channels, and segments
β Ensure alignment between technical, analytics, and content teams
2. Triggered and System Communications Launch
β Oversee the development and implementation of triggers across all channels (email, push, etc.)
β Ensure proper logic, conditions, timing, and templates for launches
β Launch and scale system communications (passwords, notifications, balance updates, etc.)
β Initiate the integration of new channels, such as Viber and the notification center.
3. Technical CRM Operations
β Supervise the proper integration of CRM/CDP platforms
β Participate in event tracking setup and analytics testing
β Oversee localization and multilingual processes
β Ensure the scalability and stability of automation flows
4. Segmentation and Analytics
β Develop segmentation logic (manual and automated)
β Define target segments based on activity, geo, and product use
β Generate and validate briefs for reports
β Monitor data accuracy, tracking, and communication performance
5. Content and Localization
β Oversee content creation (copy, design, layout) within channel teams
β Ensure content meets geo-specific and product-specific requirements
β Set up fast and high-quality localization processes
6. Research and Experiments
β Launch and analyze A/B tests across channels, segments, and geos
β Track engagement and flow performance
β Generate hypotheses to improve LTV, retention, and communication quality
