Chief Marketing Officer (offline)

Responsibilities

- Create and manage Marketing team and processes in the department;
- Develop and implement dogotal marketing strategy;
- Build and follow the budget;
- Work with various traffic channels, set KPI / ROI for these channels;
- Manage E-mail marketing, SMM, SEO strategies;
- Manage marketing analytics tools;
- Work with sites - updates, improvements, tracking results using analytics;
- Prepare professional events - marketing materials, advertising campaigns, newsletters

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing;
- Experience with the Western market (Europe, North America);
- Skills of building and managing a team and department processes, knowledge of basic digital marketing tools;
- Experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy, building a budget;
- Deep understanding and experience with all major traffic channels:
