leads, calls, and clicks in real time. The platform serves as a marketplace for publishers to connect

with buyers across verticals such as personal loans, business loans, and auto loans. We build scalable,

Now, we are looking for a Senior SeCops Engineer to join our Dubai-based team and take ownership of the platform’s security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and operate scalable security solutions for cloud and on-prem environments;
• Manage and respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis and forensic investigations;
• Develop and enforce security standards, policies, and procedures across the company;
• Monitor and analyze logs and alerts for abnormal activities and potential threats;
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines;
• Ensure infrastructure hardening and compliance with relevant security frameworks;
• Manage secrets, certificates, and sensitive data encryption;
• Regularly assess vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

• Cloud: Azure (primary), GCP (secondary);
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, AlertManager;
• Logging: Graylog, Seq, OpenObserve;
• IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Terragrunt;
• Security Tools: HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, SOPS;
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python;
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS, GKS), Helm;
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub;
• Networking: VPNs, Firewalls, WAF, Traefik, NGINX;
• Operating Systems: Linux (Ubuntu), Windows Server.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engenering;
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools;
• Experience with SIEM, threat detection, incident response;
• Understanding of secure cloud infrastructure and networking;
• Strong scripting skills for automation;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in high-load environments is a plus;
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, Security+, OSCP) are a plus.
