Business Development Manager

We’re actively expanding our team and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our in-house iGaming division.

We are v3nco — a group of performance-driven companies working exclusively with our own IT products in the gambling and crypto verticals since 2017. We're not an agency. We're the product owners.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Sourcing and onboarding new direct advertisers (iGaming, Betting, Casino)
  • Full-cycle management — from first contact to contract signing and ongoing support
  • Managing and scaling deals on CPI, CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid models
  • Acting as the main point of contact for partners, providing timely support and performance insights
  • Collaborating closely with affiliate, product, and media buying teams to align strategy and goals
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to keep our offering competitive

 

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in the iGaming vertical
  • Solid understanding of key performance models: CPA, CPL, RevShare
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • English level B2+ (you'll communicate with international partners daily)
  • Experience at industry conferences is a big plus
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude
