Business Development Manager
We’re actively expanding our team and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our in-house iGaming division.
We are v3nco — a group of performance-driven companies working exclusively with our own IT products in the gambling and crypto verticals since 2017. We're not an agency. We're the product owners.
What you’ll do:
- Sourcing and onboarding new direct advertisers (iGaming, Betting, Casino)
- Full-cycle management — from first contact to contract signing and ongoing support
- Managing and scaling deals on CPI, CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid models
- Acting as the main point of contact for partners, providing timely support and performance insights
- Collaborating closely with affiliate, product, and media buying teams to align strategy and goals
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to keep our offering competitive
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience in the iGaming vertical
- Solid understanding of key performance models: CPA, CPL, RevShare
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- English level B2+ (you'll communicate with international partners daily)
- Experience at industry conferences is a big plus
- Self-driven and proactive attitude
