Sales manager USA to $2000

🚛 We are Vector Moving — a fast-growing and client-focused moving company in the U.S. We are not your typical logistics team. We build a strong and structured system with high performance, fast service, and clear standards.
 

Now we are expanding our sales department — the key link between warm leads and loyal clients. We’re looking for a Salesperson who is smart, confident, and ready to work in a dynamic team where quality matters more than quantity.

 

✔️We Offer:

  1. Fully remote position
  2. Monday to Friday (9 AM — 5 PM EST) (16:00 — 00:00 in Kyiv time)
  3. Salary tied to USD
    • $450-$650 base pay + bonuses
    • Commission pay
    • Quarterly bonus
  4. Opportunity to work on the U.S. market
  5. Bonuses and commissions for each closed deal

     

✔️You are our perfect candidate if you:

  • Speak fluent English (a must)
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in sales (B2B or B2C, product or service)
  • Have worked with CRM systems and understand the sales process
  • It’s a plus if you have experience in theU.S. market or moving industry.

     

✔️What you’ll be doing:

A typical day might look like:

  • Following up with warm leads and turning them into paying customers
  • Preparing accurate quotes for moving services and walking the client through every detail
  • Updating lead statuses and notes in the CRM
  • Coordinating with the dispatcher or operations team to confirm availability
  • Responding to follow-up questions via phone, email, or text
  • Tracking your daily performance and sharing a short summary with your manager
  • Jumping between multiple client threads, chats, or internal updates — and keeping things organized like a pro
