Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with deep expertise in Django to join our core development team. You'll help shape the architecture, mentor junior developers, and drive key technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Django-based web applications
• Design system architecture, APIs, and backend logic
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership
• Write unit and integration tests
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and cross-team communication

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Python
• Experience with REST APIs and Django REST Framework/Fast API
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and query optimization
• Experience with Celery and Redis
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Linux
• Experience writing tests (pytest or unittest)
• Intermediate+ English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with FastAPI
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JS, React)
• Background in building MVPs or scaling products
