What Youβll Be Driving:
β Managing projects and releases (timelines, scope changes, risks, dependencies);
β Organizing teamwork to meet business needs;
β Working closely with Product Owner and Tech Leadership to define team backlog and roadmap;
β Strong partnership with Product Owners and Dev/QA leads;
β Developing and maintaining scalable delivery processes along with the Delivery Manager;
β Proactively solving day-to-day challenges and making sound judgments;
β Effectively communicating relevant project information to the stakeholders and team;
β Resolving and/or escalating issues promptly;
β βSmartβ people managing;
β Recruiting and staffing process (making sure the development team has appropriate skills to meet business needs).
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
β At least 4 years of strong IT project management experience, including leading development projects and teams as a Project Manager, with a deep understanding of IT processes;
β Client Relationships and stakeholder management experience;
β Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 10+ people and successfully deliver multiple projects;
β Advanced proficiency in project support and monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
β Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
β A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement;
β A passion for building efficient, reliable, and motivated teams;
β Strong people management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills;
β Strong partnership with Product Owners and Dev/QA leads;
β Language skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a strong advantage.
