Email Marketing Manage Junior (offline)

You will:
• Develop and deploy email campaigns with different objectives (promotion campaigns, cold database campaigns, trigger campaigns, newsletter, retention, etc)
• Ensure on-time execution of email campaigns
• A/B testing
• Continuously optimize email campaigns for lead generation to improve performance
• Manage various databases and segments
• Support the high deliverability of emails and working in reducing unsubscribe level
• In collaboration with marketing and sales team analyze new segments and market opportunities to generate more leads
Requirements:
• Understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics
• English - upper intermediate
• At least 1+ year experience with email marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation
• Familiarity with email marketing management platforms (Unisender, SendGrid, Reply.io, etc)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, and a desire to improve processes
• Analytical and communication skills
• Positive attitude, proactive approach and flexible personality
• Ability to design of responsive HTML based email creatives will be a strong plus

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
