CRM Team Lead

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We seek an experienced CRM Team Lead. As a CRM Team Lead, who think beyond email and sees the full player journey.

If you're experienced in building loyalty programs from scratch, love working with data, and know how to engage players across Tier 1 markets, this might be your next big move in iGaming.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation and execution of comprehensive CRM plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners for timely task delivery.
  • Drive growth across critical CRM areas, including FTD conversion, New player retention, VIP/PVIP programs, Reactivation campaigns, Cross-sell, and seasonal promotions.
  • Optimize communication channels, continuously work on extending communication channels, and there.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Achievement of CRM growth targets across key metrics.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure team and campaign success.
  • Monitor and analyze promotion performance and communication effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics teams to execute detailed reports and customer segmentation.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM team.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to support business growth.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and professional development opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align internal and external cooperation processes for flawless execution.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
  • At least 2 years of proven team leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience working in Tier 1 markets.
  • Curiosity-driven approach and ability to deep-dive into setups and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven insights.
