Backend Development Team Leader

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Development Team Leader to manage our team of developers, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor a team of software developers, offering technical leadership and support.
• Provide the team with best practices for designing, developing, and deploying iGaming software solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical domains.
• Participate in code reviews
• Perform regular evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the iGaming industry essential 
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer
• +5 years of expertise in developing Python applications with high load
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• At least Intermediate English language proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
