Technical Writer (offline)

Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Photoshop or similar, Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with JIRA.
• Understanding of file systems and source repositories.
• Ability to convey technical information in a concise, effective manner appropriate for its intended audience.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to structure large amounts of information and anticipate the reader’s knowledge gaps.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• University degree in English combined with experience in a technical field.
• An ideal candidate would have a previous work experience in producing software documentation using

Responsibilities:
• Work in close collaboration with Project Management and Software Development teams.
• Prepare technical documentation .
• Plan, organize, write and edit technical documentation for software products. The documentation includes, but not limited to, admin guides, user guides, software reference guides, how-to pages, API documentation.
• Analyze documents to maintain style consistency.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation.
• Maintain internal and external Knowledge Databases.
