Reputation Intelligence Specialist

What you’ll do:
Curate, analyze, and deliver real-time monitoring & crisis alert insights
Track global trends, daily reputation, and sentiment signals
Lead reporting excellence and quality assurance
Work cross-functionally with marketing,media, and global comms teams
Coach teams on social listening and insights best practices
Proactively support issue-related and ad hoc deep-dive reports

You’ll thrive if you have:
Degree in Analytics, Communications, Marketing, or Social Sciences
5+ years in CMI, social listening, or crisis monitoring
Experience with tools like Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar
Strong storytelling & structured reporting skills
High English proficiency (other languages a plus)
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and situational awareness
