Senior / Lead AI engineer Offline

We’re looking for an experienced AI Senior / Lead engineer with a strong background in building agentic AI systems, working with LLMs and designing modern AI architectures. You’ll play a key role in a team developing cutting-edge AI-driven products  from LLM integration to custom RAG/CAG pipelines

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize AI solutions using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, etc.)
• Build and maintain RAG/CAG pipelines and fine-tune models for specific use cases
• Develop agent-based AI systems from architecture to production
• Automate pipelines using tools like n8n and/or LangChain
• Set technical direction, perform code reviews, mentor teammates, and make key architectural decisions

• Contribute to SDLC processes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

   

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python development experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.)
• Advanced prompt engineering skills
• Experience with n8n and/or LangChain
• Experience building RAG/CAG systems and fine-tuning LLMs
• Understanding of agentic AI architectures

• Solid grasp of SDLC and ability to organize development workflow

   

Would be a plus:

• Team leadership or mentorship experience
• Experience with Docker, FastAPI, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Weaviate

• Contributions to AI/NLP open-source projects or publications
