Head of Product – iGaming (LATAM Market)

We’re building a next-generation B2C iGaming platform with a strong focus on LATAM markets, offering a wide range of casino, slots, and sports betting products. We're looking for a Head of Product to lead our product strategy, growth, and user experience across multiple verticals.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the full product vision, roadmap, and feature set for casino, slots, and sportsbook
  • Lead product growth initiatives across user acquisition, retention, and monetization (LATAM-first approach)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, tech, marketing) to deliver high-performing, user-centered experiences
  • Ensure product quality, innovation, and regulatory alignment for LATAM
  • Manage and grow a product team as we scale

 

What We Expect

  • 4+ years in product leadership roles in iGaming
  • Deep understanding of B2C player behavior, game design, and monetization models
  • Experience building and scaling products in Latin America
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Based in Europe or Ukraine, with availability for overlap with LATAM time zones

     

Nice to Have

  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills
  • Experience scaling products in regulated markets
