Junior WordPress Developer (PHP) with Front-End Skills (React) — Long-Term Collaboration

We are looking for a Middle WordPress Developer with solid PHP experience and strong front-end skills (React, JavaScript, CSS) to join our distributed team on a long-term basis.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work on custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP and ACF
• Implement front-end components with React where needed (blocks, widgets, integrations)
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma into pixel-perfect UI
• Integrate APIs and dynamic data sources into WordPress front-end
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of architecture

✅ Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with WordPress (PHP) development
• Strong understanding of custom themes, plugins, hooks, ACF, CPT
• Experience with React.js in WordPress or headless environments
• Proficient in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiar with Git workflows, responsive design, and REST APIs
• Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines reliably
• Good English communication skills (written/spoken)

🌍 Nice to Have:

• Experience with Headless WordPress (Gatsby/Next.js)
• Familiarity with tools like Webpack, Vite, Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of WooCommerce or other WP-based eCommerce platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO, GA4, or analytics integrations
