VIP Account Manager (German)

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing trustful, long-term, and strong relationships with product users through various communication channels (email / messengers / calls), collecting feedback regularly, and identifying customer needs.
• Encouraging clients to stay active and use additional services and promo tools offered by the product and VIP service.
• Increasing loyalty and service quality through personalized communication.
• Handling objections to retain clients within the product.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective client interaction and improve customer experience.
• Meeting planned KPIs to enhance personal performance.
   

Our ideal candidate has:

• German language proficiency at B2+ level (English — B2+) — Must Have
• 1+ years of experience in Retention/Account Management or Customer Support roles.
• A proactive mindset, strong listening skills, and the ability to understand both client and team needs.
• Experience working with clients from Europe, Canada, and Australia.
• Background in iGaming, finance, or telesales.
• Experience with the SoftSwiss platform is a plus.
