Casino Promotions Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage engaging casino promotions: bonuses, tournaments, cashback, Drops & Wins, and more.
- Collaborate with game providers to negotiate promotional packages, exclusive offers, and co-branded initiatives.
- Configure and manage campaigns directly within the platform’s admin/back-office system.
- Work cross-functionally with CRM, content, design, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track performance metrics such as ROI, engagement, abuse rate, and retention — and act on insights.
- Maintain a detailed promo calendar and ensure accurate rollout across all channels.
- Monitor competitor activities and apply industry best practices.
- Improve user journeys related to bonus claiming, wagering mechanics, and reward structures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming (marketing, CRM, or casino operations).
- Strong understanding of bonus structures, segmentation, and campaign configuration.
- Proven ability to communicate with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with admin tools and back-office systems.
- Analytical and detail-oriented — confident making decisions based on data.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with slot games, live casino, jackpots, and table games.
- Experience in bonus abuse detection and promo risk control.
- Understanding of user behavior analytics, BI dashboards, or campaign reporting tools.
