Affiliate Manager (iGaming)
Seeking an Affiliate Manager with proven success in Asian and African markets to drive profitable traffic acquisition and scale product gambling company in iGaming industry 🎰
Responsibilities:
- Expand the affiliate program, grow existing relationships and open new opportunities for collaboration;
- Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements.
- Review and improve existing agreements to maximize revenue and traffic quality;
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon KPIs and targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns with affiliates to promote our gambling brand.
- Monitor and analyze traffic performance on a daily basis, improve traffic quality and scale volumes;
- Provide regular reports and performance analysis to assess the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, maximizing ROI and controlling costs.
Requirements:
- Experience in affiliate marketing 1+ year; (iGaming)
- Ability to work with analytics, assess the effectiveness of campaigns (preferably from the point of view of the product);
- Ability to work with Excel, welcomed experience with the scoreboard;
- Understanding of traffic sources and key metrics (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of the main sources of traffic purchase, funnel, purchase models;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret affiliate performance data.
- Previous work with Asian and/or African markets will be a plus
