Pre-Sale Marketing Specialist

Now we’re looking for a sharp and strategic Pre-Sale Marketer who knows how to shape offers, pitch ideas, and turn vague requests into clear marketing roadmaps before the contract is even signed.

Key requirements:

  • 2–4 years in marketing (agency or Web3 experience preferred)
  • Strong written communication -  fast, clear, and confident
  • Understanding of Web3 ecosystem, trends, and how to speak its language
  • Ability to think strategically under pressure and translate vision into format
  • Proactive and highly adaptable mindset
  • Comfortable using Telegram, Notion, Google Slides, async workflows
     

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Audit inbound leads, spot real opportunities, and flag red flags
  • Develop and package custom proposals (Notion pages, pitch decks, one-pagers)
  • Support sales calls and intros by translating requests into concrete steps
  • Join pre-sale Telegram chats, manage expectations, and represent Solus thinking
  • Collaborate with marketing, bizdev, and strategy teams in real time
  • (Optional for full-time) Contribute to early GTM strategy and campaign planning once client signs
