Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to take complete design ownership of our cryptocurrency services, including wallet, exchange, and crypto ecosystem. This role will drive the visual identity, user experience strategy, and interface design for our wallet products while ensuring seamless integration with advanced trading features.

Requirements:
 

• 6+ years of product design experience with 3+ years in fintech, crypto, or trading platforms
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital financial products with demonstrable user adoption
• Portfolio showcasing complex data visualization, mobile-first design, and financial interface expertise
• Experience designing for both novice users and professional traders within the same platform
• Expert proficiency in design tools
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile app design patterns
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining design consistency at scale
• Knowledge of front-end development constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
• Deep understanding of FinTech and/or crypto wallet UX patterns and security considerations in interface design
• Knowledge of trading interface design: order books, candlestick charts, portfolio trackers, and real-time data displays
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting crypto interface design (KYC flows, compliance alerts)

Nice to Have
 

• Personal experience as an active crypto trader or crypto holder with a deep understanding of user pain points
• Knowledge of trading workflows and trader interface requirements
• Understanding of cross-chain interactions, Layer 2 solutions, and multi-blockchain wallet management
• Familiarity with crypto market cycles and how they affect user behavior patterns
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology
• Knowledge of mobile app development processes and platform-specific design guidelines
• Understanding of performance optimization for data-heavy trading interfaces
• Experience building and leading design teams in fast-paced startup environments
• Track record of establishing design processes and design review standards
• Experience presenting design strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders
• Mentorship experience with junior designers and cross-functional collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete design vision for investments and crypto products across web, mobile, and tablet platforms
• Establish design systems and UI/UX standards for multi-currency wallet functionality supporting crypto and fiat payment
• Create cohesive user experience flows connecting portfolio management with trading tools (spot trading, margin trading, investments)
• Define and maintain a design language that balances professional trading capabilities with mainstream accessibility

User Experience Architecture

• Design end-to-end user journeys for onboarding, asset management, crypto payments, and security setup
• Create intuitive interfaces for complex crypto operations
• Optimize mobile-first experiences for real-time portfolio tracking and trade execution
• Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across desktop trading terminals and mobile apps
• Craft interfaces for wallet dashboards, portfolio management, transaction history, asset allocation views, trading solutions, etc.
• Design complex data visualization for portfolio analytics, P&L tracking, and market performance metrics
• Create interactive prototypes for new features
• Create clear visual hierarchies for transaction confirmations, address verification, and security warnings
• Develop notification systems that effectively communicate security alerts and transaction status
