Project manager

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex iGaming projects. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from planning and resource allocation to coordination and execution - ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. This role demands strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Primary requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the iGaming industry;
• Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle;
• Solid grasp of business cases and value-driven project delivery;
• Proven project and self-management skills;
• Critical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
• Mindful, growth-oriented, and highly motivated to develop professionally.

Main goals:

• Administer project management steps;
• Plan, control and correct;
• Coordinate and track various projects throughout the life cycle of the project;
• Management of IT projects of the company: collection of requirements, definition and formulation of SoW, calculation of necessary resources, setting and prioritization of tasks, allocation of resources, control of work and acceptance of results;
• Coordinate the work of an external development team;
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of project documentation;
• Communication with stakeholders and development team, removal of obstacles;
• Suggestion and subsequent implementation of best practices in project management;
• Participation in the formation and implementation of the product development strategy.
