Front-End Developer (offline)

Until recently out CEO has been an R&D Manager Wix for a group in Wix's Kyiv office.
However, for the past 2 years, we've have been building a small company, growing it to 7 great Frontend & Full Stack devs in Israel, where all of us are located. Most of us speak Russian and we're originally from Ukraine.

We're not the usual outsource company. We do not build "projects" for our clients, but rather have long term relations acting as Frontend Team for them. We select our clients carefully and they appreciate our usage of cutting edge Frontend technologies and high-quality code. They're happy when we do refactoring and take our time to deliver our best possible product, for them & with them.
It's worth mentioning that we're working mainly with Israeli startups, and while they're busy implementing their core product on the backend, they don't usually understand Frontend, so that's why they reach out to us - We're their Frontend team for their Webapps (dashboard, management UI and etc.).

Since our CEO (who is also hands-on 18-year-seniority dev) was super impressed by the Kyiv high-quality developers and culture while managing a team in Kyiv for Wix, we're looking for great candidates that share our vision and R&D culture. Our goal is to build a similar-sized all-stars team in Kyiv.
