Performance Analyst (Igaming Traffic)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to uncover insights and opportunities for traffic monetization optimization
  • Manage and rotate offers to ensure optimal performance across sources
  • Analyze campaign results and player value to identify growth points
  • Work with financial and performance dashboards to monitor KPIs
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue and ROI
  • Monitor performance of traffic sources, detect inefficiencies, and optimize accordingly
  • Investigate conversion funnel fluctuations and interpret patterns or drops
  • Forecast user behavior and traffic trends based on historical data
  • Formulate performance hypotheses, align them with relevant teams, and oversee testing and implementation

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in traffic or performance analytics, preferably in affiliate marketing or media buying
  • Solid understanding of key advertising metrics and tracking models (CPA, EPC, ROI, CR, etc.)
  • Experience working with large datasets, using Excel, BI tools, or SQL
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and integration mechanics
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and predict outcomes
  • Proactive approach and ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams
