We're automating the label printing workflow for a German precious metals company.

Currently, when customers submit shipping bag requests, staff must manually process these requests and print shipping labels, creating bottlenecks and potential errors.

Workflow:

- Customer submits "Versandtasche bestellen" (order shipping bag) form on website

- Web form data gets automatically stored in MySQL/MariaDB database on All-Inkl.com hosting

- Webhook immediately sends form data to Zapier

- Zapier Professional processes incoming data through configured automation workflow

- Zapier formats customer address data according to shipping label requirements

- Zapier sends formatted print commands to designated Mac computer through custom gateway

- Python script on Mac receives print commands from cloud service

- Gateway script interfaces with label printing software (Peninsula Labeller) on Mac

- Printing software sends formatted commands to USB-connected Bixolon XD5-43d printer

- Two labels automatically print per request: customer address as recipient, company address as sender
