Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in identifying operational inefficiencies, defining and documenting existing processes, and proposing improvements. While you’ll play a strategic role in shaping the organization’s future processes, you’ll also spend a significant portion of your time immersed in tactical, hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain structured workflows for the IT department using Jira as the main management tool, including issue types, boards, automations, and reporting.
• Ensure clarity and consistency in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ticket lifecycle in coordination with the CTO and IT team.
• Collect input from stakeholders, align expectations, and translate their needs into actionable Jira tasks.
• Understand and analyze internal use of Salesforce as an ERP/CRM to help optimize cross-team processes.

• Support clear documentation and regular updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis.
• Proven ability to document business workflows and translate them into improvement plans.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• English at B2+ level or above.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfort working remotely and cross-functionally in distributed teams.

   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, especially custom development, configuration, and working with developers/admins on enhancements and feature optimization.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus, but not required.
