Senior Product Designer Offline

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join one of our cross-functional product teams and help improve how professionals interact with our multi-layered platform. 

You’ll work closely with a product manager, developers, analysts, and fellow designers to shape product direction, uncover user needs, and deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions for experienced SEO professionals.

 

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences — from discovery to final UI
• Work on interfaces related to measurement data, tool configuration, and management of various data entities
• Dive deep into how the platform works to make confident design decisions
• Plan and conduct user research and interviews to validate problems and ideas
• Actively generate solution options and iterate based on feedback
• Take part in defining product goals and shaping the roadmap
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers throughout the delivery cycle
• Contribute to and expand our design system
• Clearly communicate your ideas, justify your decisions, and confidently present your work
• Ensure design solutions align with user needs and product metrics

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on complex or data-heavy product
• Proven experience in leading design initiatives in SaaS or B2B environments
• Strong UX and systems thinking — ability to simplify complexity
• Solid experience with data-heavy UI and multi-step workflows
• Confident Figma skills: Auto Layout, components, variants, tokens
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability interviews
• Strategic mindset — ability to connect design work with product outcomes
• Able to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively with others
