Responsibilities:
- Handling customers' requests via e-tickets system only
- Manage customers' accounts via CRM
- Internal system life checks
Requirements:
- Customer service orientation and high ethical standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Intermediate level of English is a must
- Technical background (QA courses β an advantage)
- Availability to work on both β Day and Night shifts
