Researcher in Recruitment Team (offline)

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- At least half a year of experience on a similar position in an IT company/agency;
- Knowledge of different searching tools;
- Attention to details;
- Analytical skills;
- At least Intermediate level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a quick and professional search for candidates with a particular skill set;
- Make the first contact with candidates;
- Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates;
- Utilize and maintain a candidate base;
- Improve skills and participate in the full recruitment life cycle.
