Role purpose
Help Trialize expand its enterprise customer base across Europe. You will combine deep life-science knowledge with AI-driven outreach to identify, nurture and close high-value opportunities for our clinical-AI platform.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify pipeline β Research target accounts, craft personalised multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) using Gen-AI, and secure qualified meetings.
- Map stakeholders & run discovery β Engage clinical, data and procurement leads to uncover pain points, position Trializeβs value and shape use-cases.
- Leverage AI for efficiency β Use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and a modern sales stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.) to automate prospect research, outreach and meeting prep.
- Represent Trialize at industry events β Attend and speak at conferences, webinars and on-site customer visits across the EU (β 30β40 travel days per year).
- Handoff & reporting β Log activities in CRM, collaborate with Account Executives on proposals, and track KPIs (SQLs, meetings booked, pipeline value).
Must-have qualifications
- Fluent English (C1+); French or German at B2+ is highly desirable.
- Degree in medicine, pharmacy, life-sciences or biomedical engineering.
- 2+ years selling or consulting in biotech, pharma, CRO or eClinical SaaS.
- Solid grasp of the clinical-trial process and eClinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, RTSM, eCOA, etc.).
- Daily power-user of Gen-AI tools to boost speed and personalisation.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline / revenue goals in enterprise accounts; self-driven, creative and highly autonomous.
- Based in Eastern / Central EU with ability to travel throughout the EU.
Nice-to-have
- Existing network of decision-makers in pharma, biotech or CROs.
- Experience closing SaaS deals above β¬50 k ARR.
- Familiarity with GxP, ISO 13485 or ISO 27001 requirements.
