Job Summary

Our clients trust us to help them grow, now we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team! You’ll work closely with international clients, designers, and developers, driving processes that bring real value.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in Project Coordination or Junior PM role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for managing tasks, setting priorities, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Solid understanding of PM processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Speak and write English fluently at the Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks (sprint planning, sprint review, daily sync, sprint retrospective, backlog grooming).
  • Writing Documentations (WBS, SRS, Mind map).
  • Knowledge in process management, including identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to ensure project success and efficiency.
  • Understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of people management (performance management, feedback).

     

Nice to Have

Experience using Figma or similar tools for creating client presentations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between the team and stakeholders, organize communication with customers and collaborate closely with the design and development teams.
  • Driving regular communication (written and calls) with clients.
  • Working with scope and planning based on provided context and product owner’s vision in close collaboration with the client (PO), and the team.
  • Oversee the scope and process. Manage and coordinate project team activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare reports and update project documentation.
