Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps

We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps to join our team!
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of K8S, with a preference for EKS;
- Familiarity with managing infrastructure using Terraform;
- Awareness of AWS services such as VPC, IAM, S3, EC2, RDS, SM, SSM, EKS, and ECS;
- Ability to read and understand Golang code;
- Experience with operating systems using systemd and bash (posix);
- Exposure to handling CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gitlab CI and ArgoCD or similar tools;
- Basic knowledge of monitoring stacks, with a preference for Grafana.
- Proficiency in Python for automation tasks and tooling development;
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and production-grade scripts/tools (e.g., health checks, metric collectors, internal bots);
- Ability to work with REST APIs, JSON/YAML, and interact with cloud/infrastructure services programmatically;
- Familiarity with popular Python libraries used in automation (e.g., requests, boto3, click, pydantic);
- Understanding of software development best practices (testing, version control, packaging) as applied to scripting/infrastructure code;
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of large-scale systems management and design;
- Experience in building software applications applications.
Soft Skills:
- Able to clarify task requirements, estimate task implementation time, and execute it within the given timeline;
- Fluent communication skills, able to contribute to documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support and optimize the performance of the company's infrastructure;
- Ensure the reliability and availability of services, identify and resolve issues;
- Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance system stability and efficiency;
- Optimize and improve existing CI/CD processes to increase the speed and quality of releases;
- Monitor and analyze system performance, configure metrics and alerts;
- Participate in incident investigations, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions;
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application architecture with a focus on reliability and performance;
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems;
- Participate in on-call duties and conduct planned and unplanned releases.
- Design, develop, and maintain internal automation tools and services using Python;
- Build custom integrations with monitoring, alerting, and deployment systems;
- Automate manual processes related to infrastructure operations, health checks, reporting, and diagnostics;
- Create CLI utilities, dashboards, or lightweight daemons to streamline operational workflows;
- Review, test, and support Python-based automation written by other engineers.
