We're looking for a SEO Specialist who understands the home services industry and knows how to make businesses visible where it matters most — in local search results across U.S. and Canadian markets.

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented SEO professional who’s confident working with large datasets across multiple cities and regions. Here’s what we expect:

• Local SEO Expertise: 3+ years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on local strategies and Local Pack optimization.
• Market Understanding: At least 2 years of experience working with the U.S./Canada search market.
• Tools You Know: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• CMS Experience: WordPress (preferred).
• English Proficiency: B2+ level for content editing, communication with the team, and working with English-language sources.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
• Independence: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working without micromanagement.
• Attention to Detail: Capable of maintaining accuracy while working across multiple projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Local SEO Strategy: Develop and implement region-specific local SEO strategies for multiple service areas.
• Performance Analysis: Audit and analyze rankings and performance across all active cities and regions.
• Content Optimization: Optimize landing pages and website content for local search intent and relevance.
• GMB Profile Management: Update, optimize, and manage Google My Business listings to improve visibility.
• Landing Pages: Create and fine-tune local landing pages tailored to each region's search behavior.
• Competitor Monitoring: Track local competitors’ activity and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Reviews & Citations: Support local SEO efforts through review generation and local citation management.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on rankings and progress toward achieving top-3 positions.
