Head of Content
We are an international product tech company focused on building tools for online privacy and digital freedom. Our flagship product is a VPN service used by millions of people worldwide. We are currently expanding our marketing team and looking for a strategic content leader to take our brand storytelling and content efforts to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
• Own and drive the global content strategy across multiple channels (blogs, landing pages, social media, email marketing, affiliate materials and a portfolio of products);
• Lead and grow the content team — content managers, freelancers;
• Collaborate with SEO, product, design, and other teams;
• Report directly to VP of marketing or CMO;
• Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of all content across platforms;
• Analyze content performance metrics;
• Manage editorial calendars and plan key content launches and campaigns;
• Localize and adapt content for different markets and regions;
• Work closely with translators and localization specialists when needed;
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Head of Content/Content Lead);
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) with excellent writing and editing skills;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content funnels, and SEO principles;
• Proven leadership and team management experience;
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities;
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or VPN/cybersecurity domains is a big plus;
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive content impact across the business;
• Comfortable working with HubStaff time-tracker;
Nice to Have:
• Previous work in global B2C product companies;
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar;
• Experience setting up editorial workflows and content guidelines from scratch;
• Understanding of basic VPN tech and user pain points;
