Lead Backend Data Engineer – Snowflake and DBT

Position Overview:
You will lead the backend development of data infrastructure using Snowflake and DBT, solving complex challenges to build scalable data models and pipelines that support finance reporting and analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead backend development leveraging Snowflake and DBT
• Build and maintain robust data models, pipelines, and CI/CD workflows
• Solve complex technical challenges to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities

What You Bring:

• Strong technical expertise in Snowflake and DBT
• Proven experience in data modeling, data engineering, and database management
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup and automation
• Experience working with finance-related reporting and complex data structures

• Experience leading or collaborating with large, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders
• Experience migrating data solutions from on-premise to cloud environments
