Our Commercial Department is expanding — now 13 skilled professionals — and we’re looking for an experienced Account Management Team Lead to help drive our next stage of growth.

Be a part of a team where you will:
- Supervise and Support the Team: Lead a segment of the AM team as first contact for support and escalations; onboard, coach, and develop members; monitor performance and provide feedback
- Align with the Head of AM: Sync on goals, KPIs, and plans; share insights, blockers, and team needs; ensure clear communication between leadership and team
- Oversee Client Relationships: Manage key accounts for retention and growth; support team with strategy and escalations; handle critical client interactions when needed
- Drive Revenue and Growth: Help identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; support revenue and margin targets
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Check invoicing accuracy and follow up on overdue payments; enforce internal processes and systems
Track and Report on Performance: Monitor KPIs and team metrics; recommend improvements to the Head of AM
Requirements:
- 3+ years in iGaming Account Management (game provider preferred)
- Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth
- At least one year of team leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Solid understanding of key account metrics (e.g., GGR, TB)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Jira), account management tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with financial data
- Fluent in Ukrainian; at least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
