Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an SDR / Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our sales efforts and help build a consistent B2B client pipeline.

 Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting leads via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Evaluating leads against our ICP and filtering relevant targets
  • Crafting and sending personalized connection requests and messages
  • Following up with prospects in a timely and structured way
  • Scheduling intro calls and passing qualified leads to the sales team
  • Managing lead statuses in Zoho CRM
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on leadgen results

 Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as SDR/Leadgen
  • Understanding of outbound B2B sales processes
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / PhantomBuster
  • Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level)
  • Experience creating high-converting outreach messages
