Talent Sourcer
Job Description
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Talent Sourcer to join our People team and fuel our talent pipeline. You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing passive and active candidates, ensuring we continue building a high‑performance, values‑driven team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
- Proactively identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job platforms, communities, and Boolean search techniques.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs, with focus on hard‑to‑find technical and business roles.
- Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, screening calls, and nurturing cadences.
- Track sourcing metrics (e.g., response rate, pipeline velocity) and optimize processes over time.
- Coordinate with branding/marketing to enhance employer presence on social media, events, and relevant forums.
- Stay updated on sourcing trends, tooling, and competitive market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in the ATS.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in active sourcing, ideally within FinTech sectors (tech and non-tech roles).
- Strong skills in Boolean search, X-ray, talent pipelining, and outreach messaging.
- Experience using sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AI, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
- Proactive, resourceful, and metrics‑driven mindset.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and collaborative.
