Requirements: - At least 2+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry - Ability to use non-conventional platforms for search (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, Telegram) - Possibility to keep a great relationship with hiring managers - Ability to drive recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate's onboarding
Responsibilities - Manage full life-cycle recruiting - Active search for qualified candidates by using different sourcing tools and channels (databases, job boards, social media platforms etc.) - Contact candidates, present opportunities, seek interest level and possible referrals - Generate a pipeline of candidates - Find new resources and strategies for discovering qualified candidates to be reached in the shortest amount of time - Monitor and analyze the job market
