CRM manager (Sport)

Key skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM/Retention, preferably in sports betting.
  • Understanding of player interests and behavior in sports events.
  • Confident use of segmentation and analytics tools.
  • Creativity and the ability to respond quickly to changes in events/lines/news.
  • Understanding of bonus mechanics and how to apply them.
  • English — Intermediate level or higher.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Sportsbook promotions.
  • Tailoring promotions to regional preferences.
  • Analyzing market trends and regularly managing current promotions.
  • Planning and developing promotions, creating promotion mechanics.
  • Aligning briefs with the team lead and making necessary adjustments.
  • Quarterly planning and alignment with the team lead.
  • Creating reports on the effectiveness of promotions.
  • Analyzing promo code usage after promotion launches.
  • Communicating with customer support regarding Sportsbook player inquiries.
  • Cross-department collaboration, including with designers, frontend developers, and the communications team, assigning them tasks via ClickUp.
  • Responding to affiliate queries related to sports.
  • Logging bugs related to sports promotions in Jira.
  • Testing new site functionality upon request.
  • Filling in and analyzing statistical data on sports promotions.
  • Organizing tasks for executing approved promotions.
  • Collaborating with the communications team on created templates and bonuses.
  • Preparing performance reports on promotions (2–3 weeks after promotion ends).
  • Analytical reports on promo code usage after the promotion ends.
