Middle FullStack Developer
We are looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer to join the technical team of a fast-growing SaaS business focused on document processing and conversion. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and scaling of a flagship web product used by millions worldwide.

What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement new functional modules and integrations to expand the product’s capabilities.
- Ensure high code quality and standardization of development approaches.
- Speed up development and release cycles of new product versions.
- Define and develop product architecture, including technology choices, project structure, and scalable infrastructure to support a large user base.
The team has already achieved impressive results:
- Over 4 million users every month.
- More than 50 tools for efficient document management.
- Users from over 30 countries rely on the product.
Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, React, Redux, Next.js, SQS.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of both frontend and backend applications using Nest.js, React, Next.js, Node.js.
- API integration between frontend and backend, query optimization, working with HTTP, gRPC, SSE, GraphQL.
- Database work (PostgreSQL (RDS), Redis): schema design, query writing, performance optimization.
- Development and maintenance of microservices architecture; containerization with Docker.
- Managing technical debt and refactoring code.
- Code reviews and ensuring high code quality through unit and e2e testing (Jest, Playwright).
- CI/CD and DevOps processes with GitHub Actions.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Requirements:
- 2+ year of commercial experience with Node.js.
- 2+ year of commercial experience with each of the following: React, Next.js, Nest.js.
- Side projects, participation in hackathons, coding competitions, or other technical activities are a big plus.
