AI Engineer – LLMs Agentic Systems

A fast-growing company in the live events space is searching for an AI Engineer for full-time remote.

This is a trusted online marketplace where fans can buy and sell official hospitality packages and VIP tickets to live sports, music, and cultural events.

You’ll help shape the future of customer-facing AI applications, from conversational sales agents to real-time support copilots, transforming how fans discover, explore, and purchase unforgettable live event experiences.

• Traffic of around 280K monthly unique users and growing fast,
• Currently focussed on the UK market, but poised to enter European markets in the near future.

Must have experience in Python web-development with modern tools and frameworks, experience with practical LLM implementation, with RAG and vector databases.
Will be a huge plus: AWS toolset (especially ML-ones) experience.
