SDR / Lead Generation Role
(The commission structure and potential base salary will grow progressively over the first 3β6 months of working together.)
We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us generate qualified leads and book meetings. You'll earn a base salary + 5% Commission on any deals closed from your leads.
β What You'll Do:
- Prospect and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or other channels
- Set up and manage Email Campaigns
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with our team
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Track outreach and results in our CRM
π° Compensation:
- 5% commission on every closed deal from your leads
Base Salary: - We offer a starting base salary during probation, with a significant raise after successful completion.
Performance bonuses available: - Extra $200 if you hit 12 qualified meetings/month
- Extra $700 if you hit 3+ closed deals/month
- Extra $500 on top if you hit 6+ closed deals/month

π Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting
- Strong communication skills β comfortable writing cold emails and LinkedIn messages
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter)
- Comfortable working in a remote, commission-based role with a small fixed retainer
- Good English skills required (non-native speakers with strong communication skills are welcome)
